SILVERWATERS VINEYARD

Silverwaters Vineyard, is located in the picturesque San Remo, Victoria.

Owners Hercu and Emily made a spontaneous decision on a weekend getaway to Phillip Island to purchase the 18-acre property with a vineyard—a dream opportunity for their family to grow up on a farm near the beach.

Herco and Emily spent six years renovating the property and mastering vineyard management, guided by generous local winemakers. Initially selling their grapes while refining their operations, and after years of hard work, they are thrilled to have launched their own wine.

Silverwaters Vineyard boasts a cozy atmosphere, inviting guests to unwind with award-winning wines while admiring shimmering views of Westernport Bay. The vineyard features a diverse selection of cool climate grapes, including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz. Silverwaters Vineyard recently achieved Top Gold for their Pinot Noir at the 2024 Gippsland Wine Show.
